The Pennsylvania State Senate is considering legislation that would CUT approximately 48,000 individuals annually from being eligible to receive Unemployment Insurance (UI).

A proposal being supported by the Administration and conservative legislators would give Big Businesses and Corporations tax-breaks and bailouts, instead of providing vital assistance to 48,000 unemployed workers.
